Long Ducker

19世紀開始，英國哈羅公學每年都會舉辦以慈善為宗旨的Long Ducker長跑活動，由全體師生、校友、家長們共同參與，沿著一條以創始人約翰·里昂先生命名的路，從哈羅公學跑到倫敦市中心的大理石拱門，挑戰總長19英里的路程，以自己的足跡延續哈羅精神。現在Long Ducker已經發展成為全球所有哈羅校區的慈善活動。

跑過哈羅長跑的450年

珠海哈羅450周年慈善長跑賽道位于橫琴粵澳深度合作區天沐河河濱公園，設置3個跑段，分別為

全程跑段路線圖（請橫屏觀看）

跑道均以步道和綠道為主，面向哈羅珠海全體學生、家長、教職工及熱心公益和教育的社會人士開放報名。

除哈羅珠海學生外，本活動將對外開放報名，收取報名費128元/人，所有收入將用于慈善項目捐贈（報名成功后，如若活動當天因自身原因未能參與，報名費不予退款）。

完賽獎牌

■8.5km跑段獎項設置為成人組（16歲以上參賽者）男子前三名及女子前三名，兒童組（16歲及以下參賽者）男子前三名及女子前三名.

■所有完賽者都將獲得2022哈羅珠海慈善長跑完賽紀念獎牌。

本次慈善長跑活動不以競技為目的，旨在鼓勵哈羅社區的家庭和孩子通過協作完成長跑。請量力而行，如果中途有任何不適，需第一時間停止運動并向周邊最近的工作人員尋求幫助。

物資包領取

報名成功后，請根據短信通知領取本次長跑活動物資包（含定制快干衣一件、運動背包一個），其余物資（號碼牌、能量補給零食等）將在現場發放。

報名須知

●報名參加本次活動的兒童，建議年齡在3歲至18歲之間（12歲以下兒童建議報名2.1公里親子跑，必須由監護人陪跑）；成人建議年齡在18歲至60歲之間。

●有下列情況者不宜報名參賽：先天性心臟病和風濕性心臟病;高血壓和腦血管疾病;心肌炎和其他心臟病;冠狀動脈病和嚴重心律不齊;血糖過高或過低的糖尿病;妊娠;比賽日前兩周以內患過感冒;其它不適合運動的情況；

●本次賽事主辦方提供飲水補給、完賽補給等服務，但不提供存包服務，建議大家在活動開始前換好相應服裝；

●如遇不適合戶外長跑的天氣，如下雨及其他極端惡劣天氣等，本次活動將延期舉行。本活動最終解釋權歸主辦方所有。

Long Ducker

Beginning in the 19th century, Harrow School in the UK held the annual Long Ducker, which involved all staff, students, alumni and parents running along a path named after its founder, John Lyon, from Harrow School to the Marble Arch in central London, taking on a total distance of 19 miles to continue the Harrow spirit in their own footsteps. Long Ducker has now grown to become a charity event for all AISL Harrow Schools worldwide.

The Harrow Zhuhai Long Ducker is located at TianMu River Riverside Park in Hengqin, with 3 running divs:

The running is trail and greenway based, andregistration is open to all Harrovians, parents, staff and anyone who arepassionate about public welfare and education.

The registration fee for the charity run is 128 RMB per person, all proceeds from the registration fee will be donated to the local charity foundations (Please note that after successful registration, if you are unable to participate for your own reasons on the day of the event, the registration fee will not be refunded).

Medals

■rizes for the 8.5km run will be awarded to thetop 3 men and top 3 women in the adult group (participants aged above 16) andthe top 3 men and top 3 women in the children group (participants aged 16 andbelow).

■All finishers will receive a commemorative medalfor finishing the 2022 Harrow Zhuhai Charity Run.

This is not a competitive event and is designed to encourage families and children in the Harrow community to work together. Please keep to your ability and if you experience any discomfort during the event, you should stop exercising at the first opportunity and seek help from the nearest staff in the vicinity.

Collecting Supplies Package

The package includes a sports bag and a customised cloth. Other suppliers, including number sticker, snacks, and Harrow caps will issued on that day.

Registration Information

●Registration for the event is recommended for children between the ages of 3 and 18. Registration for the event is recommended for adult between the ages of 18 and 60. Children under the age of 12 are recommended to register for the 2.1km Mini Ducker and are required to be accompanied by at least one guardian to run with them.

●Those with the following conditions should not register: congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; hypertension and cerebrovascular disease; myocarditis and other heart disease; coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia; diabetes with high or low blood sugar; pregnancy; a cold or other respiratory disease within two weeks before the race day; other conditions that are not suitable for sports.

●The organisers of this event provide water refills and energy supplies. As we do not provide bag storage service, it is recommended that you change into the appropriate clothing before arriving at the school.

●In case of weather unsuitable for outdoor running, such as rain and other extreme weather conditions, the event will be postponed. The final right to interpret this event rests with the event organiser.
