孩子的成長(zhǎng)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程，衣食住行、學(xué)業(yè)發(fā)展、為人處事、生活智慧......數(shù)不清的挑戰(zhàn)和困擾將接踵而至。想要建立和維護(hù)好這一段成長(zhǎng)工程，就需要家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)校以“合伙人”般緊密和極具默契的聯(lián)動(dòng)互助。

凝聚力量、緊密溝通、求同存異，不斷進(jìn)步的家園合作模式將是孩子們腳踏實(shí)地、仰望未來的底氣，更是奔赴理想高山的動(dòng)力。

凝聚微光

首屆家委會(huì)成立

在教育工作者眼中，1加1的答案除了等于2，有時(shí)也大于2，比如家園共育帶來的驚喜。

憑借著對(duì)教育的靈敏嗅覺，以及對(duì)于家校之間緊密溝通合作的高度重視，中山市阿丁萊幼兒園早早將“建立首屆家委會(huì)”的任務(wù)提上了日程，這意味著我們將與有著相同抱負(fù)和志向的家長(zhǎng)代表一同制定家委會(huì)的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)則，共同聯(lián)手輔助孩子們未來的發(fā)展。

關(guān)于首屆家委會(huì)

凝聚我們的力量，可以創(chuàng)造孩子的另一個(gè)未來。

首屆中山市阿丁萊幼兒園家園聯(lián)合委員會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱家委會(huì)或PSG）由八位園所管理人員以及九位家長(zhǎng)代表組成。其旨在通過不斷促進(jìn)、優(yōu)化家校之間的溝通和合作模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)深度陪伴幼兒成長(zhǎng)、深入支持幼兒發(fā)展的共同教育目標(biāo)。

在實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校工作高度透明化、解決不同家庭的成長(zhǎng)煩惱之外，家委會(huì)還將集思廣益，以整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源、開發(fā)社會(huì)渠道等方式，通力構(gòu)建一張可以全方位服務(wù)于在讀學(xué)生及學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)的綜合性、支持性教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

為了幫助家委會(huì)成員們更好地成長(zhǎng)、更有默契地共事，中方園長(zhǎng)韓靜女士和幼兒園小學(xué)外方副校長(zhǎng)Colby博士就園所最新的動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了分享。從與天津茱莉亞學(xué)院的項(xiàng)目簽約、IB PYP的專業(yè)課程、CPR & AED急救培訓(xùn)，再到孩子們現(xiàn)階段的成長(zhǎng)評(píng)估，我們相信當(dāng)家園雙方擁有了相同的步伐、認(rèn)知，并能夠以不同的角度、想法去思考，才是幫助促進(jìn)教育有機(jī)結(jié)合，達(dá)成家園共育的最佳方式。

當(dāng)天，家委成員們更是收到了一份另類的課題。

中山市阿丁萊幼兒園的首次秋游活動(dòng)即將悄然而至，面對(duì)場(chǎng)地挑選等問題，家長(zhǎng)代表的加入，讓我們僅用一場(chǎng)頭腦風(fēng)暴便收獲了一堆數(shù)不清的絕妙方案。

而比這些想法更值得欣喜的是，每位新上任的家委成員們都讓我們感受到了她們的慷概付出、她們的強(qiáng)烈責(zé)任感，以及那些只有站在父母角度才能發(fā)掘的微小細(xì)節(jié)。

共學(xué)共育

IB家長(zhǎng)工作坊

您或許不了解孩子好奇心和求知欲的起源，又或是無法清晰解答他們眼中種種的“物外之趣”，但我們相信以共同學(xué)習(xí)、共同教育的方式，將能夠幫助身為家長(zhǎng)的您更好地助力孩子們的奇思妙想和成長(zhǎng)道路。

本次IB家長(zhǎng)工作坊由幼兒園學(xué)術(shù)副園長(zhǎng)及IB PYP協(xié)調(diào)員Caroline老師主導(dǎo)。她先是通過三個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞“學(xué)術(shù)、品性、期望”幫助家長(zhǎng)們重新定義了對(duì)于孩子的教育方向，緊接著又以趣味的互動(dòng)游戲幫助家長(zhǎng)們?cè)谝粋€(gè)輕松愉悅的氛圍中，快速熟悉IB的由來、IB的使命宣言、 IB的課程以及IB學(xué)習(xí)者的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。

在我看來，本次家長(zhǎng)IB工作坊大大促進(jìn)了家園間的聯(lián)系，而將IB的教育理念和孩子成長(zhǎng)軌跡相連接的課題，更讓家長(zhǎng)對(duì)IB教育和對(duì)其孩子的教育有了更清晰的認(rèn)知和藍(lán)圖。其中部分正被眼前問題所困擾的家長(zhǎng)們也都能在這里收獲些許啟發(fā)，這是我們作為教育者最喜聞樂見的事情。

在往后，我們更是希望定期舉辦家長(zhǎng)工作坊，又或是其他的講座、沙龍，不斷分享更多國(guó)際前沿的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育理念，并與家長(zhǎng)朋友們形成更加緊密的學(xué)習(xí)教育共同體，攜手賦能孩子們的明天！

對(duì)于家園共育，中山市阿丁萊幼兒園始終抱以高度認(rèn)可和支持的態(tài)度。在我們看來家長(zhǎng)與老師都在孩子成長(zhǎng)道路上扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色，而家園共育的展開，既可以為雙方提供對(duì)等的交流平臺(tái)，更是能夠不斷激發(fā)教育的高階思維。

倘若雙方能夠一直以緊密溝通、相互培養(yǎng)的理念為孩子施以更加細(xì)膩的教育，那么想必他們的天馬行空自然也會(huì)早日覓得一處棲息之地。

A child"s development is a systemic project, witha focus onfood, clothing, housing, academic development, dealing with people and life wisdom...... Countless challenges and problems will follow. In order to maintain this ‘growth project’ parents and the school must cooperate with each other as close and tacit “partners” on this journey.

A home partnership model that brings together strengths, communication, common ground while reservingdifferences, in order to makecontinuous progress will give children the strength to look to the future and the motivation to reach for the stars.

Inaugural Meeting

of the First PSG

In the eyes of educators, the answer to 1 plus 1 doesnot only equal 2, but sometimes it can equal more than 2, such as the strength assembled by a strong home-school connection.

With a keen sense of education and a strong focus on close communication and cooperation between home and school, the school has put on the agenda the task of establishing the first PSG of Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten), which means that we will work with parent representatives who share the same ambitions and aspirations to develop the guidelines for the PSGand to lead the future development ofall ourchildren.

The First PSG

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

The first Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten) Parent Support Group(PSG) consists of eight members of the school managementteamand teachers as well as nine parent representatives. The PSG aims to achieve the common educational goal of deeply accompanying children"s growth and supporting their development by continuously promoting and optimising the communication and cooperation between home and school.

The PSG is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive network to serve students and their parents in a holistic manner by integrating quality resources and developing social channels, in addition to providing a high degree of transparency and addressing the concerns of different families.

In order to help the PSGmembers grow and work together better, Hannah, the Head of Early Yearsand Dr.Colby, Head of Lower Schoolshared the latest developments happening atschool. From being the first kindergarten in China to sign a strategic partnershipwith the Tianjin Juilliard School, Our IB PYP Category 1 training for all teachers, Our CPR & AED first aid training, to the children"s current stage of growth assessments, we believe that when the school,home and familieshave the same progress and knowledge, and can think about issues from different perspectives andprovide innovative or creativeideas, it is the best way to help promote organic education and achieve co-parenting of home and school.

On the firstday, Our PSGwere presented with their first task. As the first field trip ofArdingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten)was about to arrive, teachers who had a lot of teaching experience but were new to Zhongshan had to keep searching for ideas and thoughtssuch as venue selection. With the addition of parent representatives, we were able to brainstorm a bunch of great ideas.

What was even more pleasing than these ideas was the generosity of each of the new PSGmembers, their strong sense of responsibility and the small details that can only be identified from a parent"s perspective.

The First IB

Parent Workshop

You may not understand the origins of your child"s curiosity and desire to learn, or don’t have a clear answer to the "world" they see, but we believe that by learning together and educating together, we can help you, as parents, to better understand the whims and fancies of your child"s development and support them on their future learning journey. The workshop will be conducted by our IB PYP Coordinator Caroline.

The workshop was led by Caroline, our Lower School IB PYP Coordinator. She first helped parents to redefine the direction of their children"s education through the three key phrases"Strong Academic Focus, Virtues Focused, Overall Expectation Orientated", followed by a fun and interactive game to help parents to quickly familiarise themselves with the origin of IB, its mission statement, The IB curriculum and IB learner development goals in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The objectives of IB learner development.

In my opinion, the IB parents workshop has greatly facilitated the connection between home and family, and the topics that connected the IB philosophy with the developmental trajectory of the children have given parents a clearer understanding and blueprint of IB education and their children"s education. Some of the parents who were troubled by the issues at hand were also able to gain some inspiration from the sessions, which is something that we as educators are happy to see.

In the future, we hope to organize regular parent workshops and other talks and events to share our educational philosophy and ideas and form a closer learning and education community with parents to empower their children for tomorrow!

At Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten), we have always been highly supportive of meaningful parental involvement. In our view, each parent plays a vital role in the growth of a child, and the development of a parent learning communityprovides a platform for reciprocal communication between us, as well as stimulating higher orderthinking and models of education.

If we are able to communicate closely and support each other, our children will be able to confidentlylive outtheir wildest dreams.
