森林課程

Forest School Approach

Forest School supports the EYFS curriculum and it also provides a chance for children to learn beyond the classroom. It allows children the freedom to explore and discover new ways of learning and learn about themselves. It helps children develop confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting. At Forest School children are provided with opportunities to take risks away from the classroom and allowing them to develop their confidence. Children will have regular access to the outdoor learning area and will participate in weekly Forest School activities with our qualified Forest School leader.

森林課程支持EYFS課程，還為兒童提供了一個戶外學習機會。讓兒童自由地探索、發現新的學習方法，變得了解他們自己。通過學習者在自然環境中的親身體驗激發他們的學習興趣，幫助兒童提升自信心和自尊心。在森林課程，孩子們有機會離開教室去大自然探險，并讓孩子們提升自信。孩子們將定期進入戶外學習區域，還將與我們擁有英國專業森林教育認證的老師一起參加每周的森林課程活動。

正念冥想

Mindfulness Approach

The King"s School mindfulness programme" is aimed at nurturing the social-emotional wellbeing of our students. Throughout the programme children are taught how to regulate their own emotions and reactions, mindfulness encourages children us to be more attuned and sensitive with themselves and others around them. Mindfulness helps children develop self-awareness and articulate the relevance of mindfulness, thereby helping them make connections about how they might use it in their daily life. Our teachers also benefit enormously from using mindful awareness practices.

國王學校的“正念冥想課程”旨在培養學生的社交情感健康。在整個項目中，孩子們被教導如何調節自己的情緒和反應，正念鼓勵孩子們對自己和周圍的人更加協調和理解。正念冥想幫助孩子們發展自我意識，清晰地表達正念的相關性，從而幫助他們在日常生活中建立起使用它們的關系。我們的老師也從使用正念冥想的練習中受益匪淺。
