愛莎校際棒球比賽

On Sunday, November 6, we organized a friendly competition with the Japanese Junior Samurai Baseball Team, the second time for an ISA Baseball inter-school competition. Both teams attached great importance to this game and carried out intensive training beforehand, arriving at the Sports Field well in advance for warm-up activities.

11月6日，由愛莎國際學苑組建并統籌的愛莎棒球校隊再次迎來了與日本人學校棒球隊的友誼練習賽，繼上半年與他們比賽后，兩隊的學生都非常期待精彩再續。兩校都非常重視此次比賽，各自在賽前都進行了強化集中式的訓練，并提前到達場地進行賽前的熱身活動。

Before the competition, the ISA Coach Mr. Peter gave pre-match guidance to each team member. Parents cheered for their children, substitutes shouted for their teammates; everybody urged our amazing team onward.

在賽前，Peter教練根據校隊每位成員的情況都進行了相應的賽前指導工作。在賽場下，親友助力團也是一道靚麗的風景線，他們為自己的孩子們吶喊加油，還有在等待上場的隊員們，看見自己的隊友在賽場上奮力拼搏，激動地喊出了加油ISA！

Baseball is a sport that requires strategy and teamwork. No matter if you are batting or pitching, you need to concentrate and react quickly. You need to discuss strategy and tactics with each other and cooperate like a well-oiled machine. Before the competition, the ISA Coach Mr. Peter gave pre-match guidance to each team member, letting them know what they should pay attention to, how to face opponents and to be fearless. Though less strong, the ISA Baseball team still maintained high morale and played with spirit.

棒球是一項需要動腦運用策略和團隊協作的運動，不管你是進攻方還是防守方都需要集中精神，全神貫注地去關注賽場的狀況并快速做出反應，同時也需要互相討論策略戰術與隊友相互配合。比賽的輸贏并不重要，重要的是學生在這個過程中頑強拼搏、直面對手，勇敢向前，超越自我。愛莎棒球隊雖實力稍弱，但依然士氣高昂，打出了自己的風格和精神。

This baseball match is beneficial to create a campus culture of equality, friendship, and encouragement and enhance students" understanding and love of baseball. The students learned their shortcomings by playing games, and they learned more about baseball rules and sportsmanship.

這場比賽有利于創建一個平等友愛激勵的校園文化，學生們以賽促練，找到了自己的不足，也更加明白了什么是棒球運動和體育精神。
