哈羅海口小學部Lee Brown老師希望邀請哈羅之友參與到每周三舉行的足球活動，并成立一支由哈羅教職工與家長共同參與的足球隊伍，使哈羅海口社區內家校溝通關系更加緊密！

我在英國的曼徹斯特出生和長大。我對足球充滿熱情，在中國和英國均曾加入過教練團隊。

我正在尋找愿意改善個人身心健康的朋友和員工。具體內容將包括輕度健身、足球知識和技能，以及認識一群新朋友。

我們將進行約45分鐘的輕度訓練，其中包括跑步、傳球、控球、進攻和防守。

在這之后，我們將根據人數的多少，以一場友誼賽作為結束。

這是一項非強制活動，大家可以根據自己的意愿參加。

在未來，我想建立一支隊伍，并有自己的隊名，再購買一套足球裝備，使我們能夠與校外球隊進行比賽。但這只有在我們能夠作為一支隊伍一起努力時才能實現！

參加足球訓練請攜帶：

? 足球鞋

? 護腿板

? 訓練服（炎熱天氣穿短褲和T恤，寒冷天氣穿運動服）

? 水壺

? 炎熱天氣時用的防曬霜

He hopes to strengthen the relationship between home and school through the activities.

Harrow football pitch. If the weather is not suitable, we will move into the sports hall.

Who can participate?

Any staff at Harrow and friends of Harrow.

Lee Brown

?BSc in Sports Science

?Physical Training Instructor, British Army ?Coaching and training experience in the UK and China.

I was born and raised in Manchester, England. I have a passion for football and have been involved with coaching teams in China and the U.K.

I am looking for friends and staff who would like to improve their personal and mental wellbeing. This will include light fitness, football knowledge and skills as well as join a group of new friends.

We will participate in some light training for around 45 minutes which will include running, passing, ball control, attacking and defending.

Following this we will always finish with a friendly game depending on the numbers.

This is a non-committed event and people can come and go as they wish.

In the future. I would like to create a team, team name, and eventually purchase a football kit to allow us to play against outside opponents. This will only be achievable if we can work together and commit as a team.

Please bring alons

? Football boots

? Shin guards

? Training clothes (shorts and T-shirt for hot weather and a tracksuit for cold weather)

? Water bottle

? Sun cream for hot weather
