凜冬已逝，萬象更新，中國農歷二月二日這一天，CISH K3至G10的同學，歡聚禮堂舉行二月二龍抬頭開筆禮儀式活動。中國農歷二月二，民間將這一天稱為龍抬頭日，龍抬頭意味著陽氣生發，萬物萌動，學童破蒙正當時。

Winter has passed, and everything is new. On February 2nd of the Chinese lunar calendar, students from CISH K3 to G10 gathered in the auditorium to celebrate the Dragon-Head-Raising Festival — Kai Bi Li Ceremony. On the second day of February in the Chinese lunar calendar, people call this day the day of the Dragon-Head-Raising. The rising of the dragon means the rising of Yang Qi and the sprouting of all things. We took this opportunity to hold the Kai Bi Li ceremony, since then, K3 kids started to embark on the life as students.

陣陣鼓聲已經開啟了宏大志向，一撇一捺寫出成人成才的基礎。希望每一位學童都能通過今天開筆禮的儀式領悟尊師孝親、崇德立志、仁愛處世的中華優秀傳統文化，邁開學習的第一步，走好人生每一步。

We hope that all the kids can understand the traditional Chinese culture of respecting teachers and filial piety, advocating morality and ambition, and treating the world with kindness through today"s ceremony.

CISH的小小學童接受了傳統的開筆破蒙儀式，PYP和MYP的同學也準備了特色的節目表演慶祝小學童的人生首次大禮，節目包括同學們自導自演的短劇《孔子游春》，西洋樂器演奏中國歌曲和彩帶舞表演，傳統中國藝術形式——相聲和長笛伴奏的歌曲《送別》。最精彩的莫屬七八年級的飛花令古詩詞爭霸賽，精彩紛呈，臺下的觀眾們也忍不住跟著吟誦。

The students from PYP and MYP also prepared special performances to celebrate the festival, including the short play "Confucius Traveling in the Spring" directed and performed by the students themselves, the western instruments play Chinese songs, the ribbon dance, the traditional Chinese art – Cross talk, and the song "Farewell" accompanied by Chinese flute and violin. The Ancient Poetry Competition among Grade 7 and Grade 8 has demonstrated students" profound literary foundations. The audience can"t help chanting along with those competitors.

漢語水平考試（HSK）考點

合肥加拿大外籍人員子女學校是漢語水平考試（HSK）考點，旨在為本校外籍學生提供更便利的考試條件，并且輻射高新區乃至整個安徽省。前來本考點的考生有我們本校的外籍學生，也有中科大、合工大等高校的留學生，還有來自德國馬牌、日本小林制藥、德國大眾汽車等眾多知名外企的員工、外國專家和高管。2020年開始我們正式舉辦HSK考試，到目前為止我們已舉辦了約10場考試，考生人次達到200多人。

漢語水平考試更是國內各大高校錄取外籍學生的重要指標，合肥加拿大外籍人員子女學校2022屆畢業生學生李真瑟（韓國）、隋安妮（美國）均順利通過HSK六級，拿到了清華大學、北京大學、浙江大學的錄取通知書。

*漢語水平考試（簡稱HSK）為測試母語非漢語者（包括外國人、華僑、華裔和中國少數民族考生）的漢語水平而設立的一項國際漢語能力標準化考試。漢語水平考試由國家漢辦與孔子學院總部設計研制， HSK每年定期在中國國內和海外舉辦，凡考試成績達到規定標準者，可獲得相應等級的《漢語水平證書》。中國教育部設立國家漢語水平考試委員會，該委員會全權領導漢語水平考試，并頒發漢語水平證書。

HSK (Chineses Proficiency Test ) CENTER

The Canadian International School of Hefei started to apply for the HSK test center in 2019, aiming to provide more convenient test conditions for foreign students of the school and radiate the High-Tech Zone and even the whole Anhui Province. The examinees who come to this test center include foreign students from CISH, foreign students from other universities such as University of Science and Technology of China and Hefei University of Technology, as well as employees, foreign experts and senior executives from many well-known foreign enterprises such as Continental, Japanese Kobayashi pharmaceutical and Volkswagen. Since 2020, we have officially held the HSK test. So far, we have held about 10 tests and more than 200 candidates took the tests.

The Chinese proficiency test is an important indicator for major universities in China to admit foreign students. Our graduates of 2022, Vivian Lee from Korea and Annie Sui from America, successfully passed HSK level 6 and received the admission letters from Tsinghua University, Peking University and Zhejiang University. So far, all the candidates from our school have passed the corresponding level of the exam.

* Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) isa standardized international Chinese proficiency test established to test theChinese proficiency of non-Chinese native speakers (including foreigners,overseas Chinese, ethnic Chinese and Chinese minority candidates). The Chineseproficiency test is designed and developed by the National Language Center andthe Confucius Institute Headquarters. HSK is regularly held in China andoverseas every year. Those who meet the specified standards can obtain thecorresponding level of Chinese proficiency certificate. The Ministry ofeducation of China has set up the national Chinese Proficiency Test Committee,which has full authority to lead the Chinese Proficiency Test and issue theChinese proficiency certificate.
