一旦報名繳費成功，即視為同意以下條款，請認(rèn)真考慮和規(guī)劃時間后報名。
? 如因?qū)W校原因取消暑期課程，學(xué)校將全額退還課程費用。
? 其他因個人原因申請退出課程的，按以下規(guī)定辦理。
2023年6月10日（含）前書面申請退出的，全額退還課程費用。
2023年6月11日至6月30日（含）書面申請退出的，退費比例均為50%。
2023年6月30日后申請退出的，課程費用則不予退費。
? 開班后，如因個人原因，中途請假的，原則上不予退費。
? 如因生病或突發(fā)意外導(dǎo)致長期請假的，家長需要提供三甲醫(yī)院開具的病歷、診斷書、檢查報告等，扣除已產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費用后退還剩余金額。

A warm reminder
Once the registration fee is successfully paid, it is deemed that you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please have full consideration and plan your time before signing up.
If the summer program is cancelled due to school reasons, the school will refund the full course fee.
Other applications for withdrawal from the course due to personal reasons, according to the following provisions.
If you apply for withdrawal in writing before June 10th (inclusive) 2023, the full course fee will be refunded.
From June 11th to June 30th (inclusive) 2023, written application for withdrawal, the refund ratio is 50%.
If you apply for withdrawal after June 30th, 2023, the course fee will not be refunded.
In principle, no refunds will be given if you take a leave of absence for personal reasons after the course starts.
In case of long-term leave due to illness or unexpected accident, parents need to provide medical records, diagnosis, and inspection reports issued by the three-top hospitals, deduct the relevant expenses, and refund the remaining amount.
For the school bus, please apply in advance. The charges will be announced separately.
