ASDAN BUSINESS SIMULATION
阿思丹模擬商賽（ASDAN）是一種模擬商業(yè)的競賽，完全仿真還原市場和公司運營的真實環(huán)境與決策過程，以最終凈資產(chǎn)多少決定勝負。ASDAN模擬商賽與全國各地重點中學(xué)、國際學(xué)校合作舉辦，迄今已經(jīng)舉辦超過260場商賽，累計超過40000名同學(xué)參加過ASDAN模擬商賽，是近年來學(xué)生申請海外名校的背景提升項目之一。
作為體驗感較強的賽事，模擬商業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)在傳遞商業(yè)基本技能的同時，著重鍛煉參與學(xué)生的團隊協(xié)作能力、問題解決能力、學(xué)習(xí)與實踐能力、市場分析能力、公眾演講能力以及溝通能力。
學(xué)生通過自由組隊，以6-8人團隊形式參賽，分工協(xié)作，擔(dān)任公司不同的經(jīng)理級別角色，針對完全仿真的市場，在人力、生產(chǎn)、銷售、宣傳等方面做出決策，以達到最多的利潤，通過五輪模擬運營角逐最后贏家；同時，學(xué)生需要就組委會指定產(chǎn)品進行設(shè)計，并完成兩輪路演，包括團隊英文演講、海報設(shè)計、商業(yè)競答。

“作為已經(jīng)參加過多次商賽的元老
級選手，今年的商賽對于你來說
有什么收獲呢？”
經(jīng)歷了一個半學(xué)期，我和我的團隊終于集齊了ASDAN模擬商賽的金、銀、銅獎，我們用實際行動去回應(yīng)了自己的努力和家長老師對我們的期待。
其實在去年12月，我就指定過要在一個賽季內(nèi)拿到區(qū)域賽金銀銅獎的目標(biāo)，我也知道，這無疑對我們來講是一個巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，但我相信我們的努力遲早會迎來回報，哪怕晚一點也可以。
2021年，我第一次參加商賽，當(dāng)時還信心滿滿地說要稱霸全場，但當(dāng)我看到PPT時瞬間就不淡定了，每次都找借口要休息不做，其實是在逃避，也是一個對團隊挺不負責(zé)任的行為。隨著年齡的增長和比賽經(jīng)驗的積累，我們也慢慢發(fā)現(xiàn)了訣竅，也學(xué)會了承擔(dān)責(zé)任。我開始學(xué)會對團隊負責(zé)還是去年的11月，當(dāng)時答應(yīng)過隊員們要帶他們拿到前三名。因此這次我沒有再逃避了，果然不負眾望，我們陸續(xù)拿到了路演第二名、第一名，專項獎也拿到第一。我們已經(jīng)不再是以前那個只會依賴?yán)蠋煟瑳]有拿獎的決心，眼睜睜看著別人上臺領(lǐng)獎的隊伍了。

In the 2023 ASDAN Business Simulation Competition - South China Regional junior competition and the senior competition, NAS Shenzhen students performed so well. Our 4 teams won 13 awards in total, and all members advanced to the national finals!

ASDAN BUSINESS SIMULATION
ASDAN business simulation competition completely simulates and restores the real environment and decision-making process of the market and company operations. So far, more than 260 business competitions have been held, and more than 40,000 students have participated in the ASDAN business simulation competition. It is one of the background improvement projects for students to apply for overseas prestigious schools in recent years.
As an experiential competition, it not only conveys basic business skills but also focuses on training students" team cooperation ability, problem-solving ability, learning and practice ability, market analysis ability, public speaking ability and communication abilities. Through free team formation, students participate in the competition in the form of 6-8 members, with a division of labour and cooperation and different roles at manager level.
For the fully simulated market, students make decisions in the aspects of manpower, production, sales, publicity and so on, to achieve the maximum profit, and compete for the final winner through five rounds of simulated operation. At the same time, students are required to design products designated by the organizing committee and complete two rounds of road shows, including team English speech, poster design, and commercial competition.

“As a veteran player who has participated in
many business competitions, what do you
gain from this year"s business competition?”
After one and a half semesters, my team and I finally collected the gold, silver and bronze awards of the ASDAN business simulation competition. We responded to our own efforts and the expectations of our parents and teachers with practical actions.
In fact, in December last year, I set the goal of winning the gold, silver and bronze medals in the regional competition within one season. I also know that this is undoubtedly a huge challenge for us, but I believe that our efforts will be successful sooner or later. Usher in return, even if it is a little later.
In 2021, I participated in the business competition for the first time. At that time, I was full of confidence and said that I would dominate the audience, but when I saw the PPT, I suddenly lost my composure. Every time I made excuses to take a break, I was actually trying to escape, It is also very irresponsible behavior to the team. With the growth of age and the accumulation of competition experience, we also slowly discovered the knack and learned to take responsibility. I started to learn to be responsible for the team in November last year when I promised the players to take them to the top three. So this time I didn"t run away anymore, and it really lived up to everyone"s expectations. We won the second and first places in the road show one after another, and we also won the first place in the special award. We are no longer the previous team that only relied on the teacher, did not have the determination to win the award, and watched others come to the stage to receive the award.

“Is there anything you want to say to your
team or family and friends?”
The Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards carried the bits and pieces of our experiences together, including joy and frustration, the nights we persevered through, the excitement of waiting for decisions together, and the cheers of pride in our achievements.
