為增強教學團隊凝聚力,形成內部共識,促進團隊協同合作,2023年4月1日,廣州暨大港澳子弟學校(ASJ)迎來團隊建設日和教學團隊專業培訓日。

勞逸結合,增強團隊凝聚力

可靠的教學團隊有助于學生建立良好的團隊意識,理解自己學習者的身份。圍繞著這一主題,4月1日上午,ASJ教學、行政團隊成員以“忠”“信”“篤”“敬”,四大學院為單位分組比賽,展開了一場饒有趣味的探究之旅。
ASJ依據定位“暨大本色,灣區底色,港澳特色”綜合了暨南大學校訓組成四大學院,吉祥物分別是大熊貓、白鰭豚、藏羚羊和丹頂鶴。配合廣州暨大港澳子弟學校教育理念“仰望星空,俯瞰大地,萬物同根”,成員們將創造出一加一大于二的價值。
通過團隊建設活動,帶領ASJ教學團隊更好地實現團隊的整體優勢和優勢互補,同時起到放松壓力、勞逸結合的效果。

強化五大類別學習方法
教學指導方式
在下午的專業培訓中,ASJ小學部各科組的老師們互相學習,交流,并整理了關于ATL在各學科教學過程中的充分運用。
Approaches to Learning,簡稱ATL,意為學習方法。IB教學中,注重對學生ATL(五大技能)的培養,這五大技能分別是:自我管理技能,思考技能,研究技能,溝通技能,社交技能。
通過培訓和分享,教師進一步思考了如何從ATL的角度切入,從而設計整個融合單元。在教學過程中,教師們也將更加注重以學生為中心,引導學生通過探究線索,逐步從學習活動中習得知識,以探究的思維學習和思考。

助力教學團隊掌握
“學會學習的方法”
在IB MYP中ATL學習方法( Approaches to Learning) 在教師和學生的教學與學習中尤為重要。ASJ初中部在專業培訓工作坊中,重點聚焦從教師教學角度出發,通過多種實操互動讓教師理解如何利用各種工具與途徑教授ATL技能,從而運用于課堂實踐,促進學生的學習實踐與理解。
如果把傳統的“知識點教育”比作“授之以魚”,那么作為貫穿整個國際文憑項目學科組的主線ATL即為“授之以漁”,為學生的自主學習提供基礎方法,幫助他們學會如何去學習。學生通過學習五大技能,有助于他們掌握“學會學習的方法”,并發展熱愛終身學習所需要的自覺與技能。

交流學科展望
全力沖刺DSE
ASJ高中部在專業培訓中,主要集中在各個學科負責人進行學期總結和學科展望,從總結中可以看到各科組對于學生學習習慣的重視和培養。
中文科對于早讀和晚修自測的訓練和跟進,及時的回顧能夠盡可能讓學生所學即所獲,對于重難點的復習也有助于學生對內容和考題的熟悉。
數學和理科組強調分層的重要性以及培優工作的開展,對于有潛質的學生進行深化教學和練習,讓學生盡可能發揮自己的潛力,同時強調理科的背誦能力的重要性,要求學生對基礎要有牢固的根基,通過記和練,高強度的課業,讓學生提前感受考試的壓力。
英語科同樣對于學生的全方位培養提出科組的有效教學方式,如聽力能力的反復高強練習,培優學生的專項練習,同時也強調學科協助的重要性等。
在總結過程中,老師們對于學生的學習情緒,心理狀況,學習態度等,也通過學科展示的方式與大家分享,提出自己的見解。最后學部主任周曉鵬對于老師們在教學中的困難,疑惑進行解答,以及從教師“工作與責任”的概念上進行解析和探討,表達自己對教師的理解,對學生的重視,給高中老師給予厚望,希望大家能夠在接下來的日子里用心育人。
育人的意義在于引領學生成為追夢者,ASJ教學、行政團隊的有效搭建,旨在筑牢學生的理想信念之基,引導他們立志于用所學、所長服務國家、民族和人民的事業中,立志成為擔當民族復興大任的時代新人。

Reinforce the Five Categories of
Learning Methods
During the professional training on the afternoon of April 1st, teachers from ASJ Junior School learned from each other, exchanged ideas, and compiled the full use of ATL in the teaching process of various subjects.
Approaches to Learning, or ATL for short, means learning method. In IB teaching, attention is paid to the cultivation of students" ATL (Five Skills), which are: self-management skills, thinking skills, research skills, communication skills, and social skills.

In the IB MYP, the ATL approach to learning is particularly important in the teaching and learning of teachers and students. On April 1, ASJ Middle School held a professional training workshop focusing on how to use various tools and approaches to teach ATL skills from the perspective of teachers, so as to promote students" learning practice and understanding.

Exchange the Outlook of
the Discipline
In the professional training on April 1, ASJ High School mainly focused on the semester summary and subject outlook of each subject leader, from which we can see that each subject group attaches importance to and cultivates students" learning habits.
In the process of summarizing, teachers also shared their views on students" learning emotions, psychological conditions, learning attitudes, etc. through subject displays. Finally, the head of the department, answered the difficulties and doubts of teachers in teaching, and analyzed and discussed the concept of "work and responsibility" of teachers, expressed his understanding of teachers, attached importance to students, and gave high hopes to high school teachers, hoping that everyone can educate people with heart in the following days.
The effective establishment of ASJ"s teaching and administrative team aims to build a solid foundation of students" ideals and beliefs, guide them to serve the country, nation and people with what they have learned and strengths, and aspire to become new talents in the era of national rejuvenation.
