美高預告丨Chatgpt時代，規劃未來領導者之路

在技術不斷被開發、消費不斷被升級世界中，一些人類生活中十分重大的界限越來越模糊了。

自從去年11月ChatGPT正式發布以來，OpenAI團隊更新AI產品和技術的速度快到已經突破了人們的想象。

就在不久前宣布推出能力更強大的GPT-4之后，不留給競爭對手任何喘息的時間，聯網版的ChatGPT來了。

如今，借用“liminality”一詞來說明當下的社會境況再適合不過，現在每個人都是越界人（liminal people），活在時代更替的夾縫中。

這個越界的經驗，是世界上無數受技術與媒體影響、身份含混模糊、經歷生活與工作流動、感受代際震蕩的群體與個人的共有經歷。

任何的人物能夠做到“深得我心”，他一定會成為萬人領袖；如果一個企業能夠“深得我心”，那他的產品一定賣得好。

美高認為，感知他人想法和感受的能力是協作和建立關系的關鍵能力。

如果希望利用技術來滿足人類的需求，必須培養更深入地理解和尊重彼此的價值觀、文化、情感和驅動力的能力，來發揮引導作用。

同理心很難在機器中復制；所以，在人工智能的世界中，它將是無價之寶。
