現代清明節是多個節日綜合後的節日，其中包含清明節、踏青節、寒食節、植樹節······最早是古代帝王將相的祭祀之禮，後來百姓開始效仿。清明節的傳統習俗有：祭祖、踏青、插柳、放風箏、射柳、蠶花會、掃墓······其中祭祖、掃墓、踏青最為常見。每年清明人們都會祭拜祖先，以示對先人的思念；約上三五好友去郊外踏青，享受春天的氣息。
Modern Qingming Festival is a combination of variousfestivals, including Tomb-sweeping Day, Spring outing Festival, Cold Food Festival, Tree-Planting Festival... On the occasion of the Tomb-sweeping Day, Huamei Foreign Language School (Hong Kong Class) followed the tradition and led students to visit the Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall in Guangzhou to pay tribute to the martyrsand worship our ancestors.
同學們了解了當時清政府的無能，以及百姓不得不揭竿而起，為自己殺出一條活路的悲壯。

當然，除了緬懷先烈，也要約上三五好友，踏青賞春。同學們來到廣州長隆，相約一起遊玩，感受春暖花開的快樂。
