This Thursday, ASJ (Dongguan) Secondary students followed their curiosity and stepped out of the classrooms to Champion Camp in Daojiao Townfor a day of outdoor learning!

本周四，東莞ASJ中學部的學生們離校前往道滘鎮花茶灣冠軍營地進行了為期一日的戶外研學！

Camping education is a continuous experience that can be creative, fun and educational through outdoor team activities. Students can develop themselves physically, mentally and socially. This type of experience has many benefits:

營地教育，是一種以戶外團隊活動為形式，并能達到創造性、娛樂性和教育意義的持續體驗。學生能夠在領導力培訓以及自然環境的熏陶下得到身體、心理以及社交能力等方面的鍛煉，這種教育有以下幾點好處：

1. It allows students to realise the importance of working together as a team to complete various challenges;

2. This is an opportunity for students to get close to nature, open their eyes and discover the harmony between man and nature;

3. To develop students" social skills, life skills and friendships.

1、通過團隊合作完成各種挑戰，在活動中讓學生們意識到合作的重要性；

2、讓學生們有機會親近自然，開闊眼界，感受人與自然的和諧；

3、鍛煉學生們社交能力和生活技能，同時增進同學之間的友誼。

Students were provided with a well-balanced lunch to ensure they had enough energy to tackle the challenges, and after a full day of activities, they enjoyed a greatoutdoor dinner to round off their journey.

Through this outdoor learning experience, the students learnt to adjust their mindset, to face challenges positively and to develop a sense of purpose and responsibility, preparing them to face future challenges in their life with a positive and proactive attitude.

在進行多項趣味挑戰以及創意素質拓展課程的過程中，學生們通過營養均衡的午餐來補充能量，以及在全天的活動之后，學生們還在戶外盡情享用了美味豐富的晚餐，作為這段旅程的尾聲。

通過這次戶外學習，學生們學會了積極面對挑戰，樹立起了目標感和責任感，以便他們今后以更加積極、主動的心態去面對學習生活。
